VFG DESIGN IS PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE THE REPRESENTAION OF NF STUDIO!

 NORMAN McD. FOSTER
(1921-2009)

NF STUDIO consists of all remaining artworks, paintings and sculptures, by artist Norman McD. Foster. Victoria Foster Gwin is the daughter of Norman McD. Foster.

“As the artist’s daughter, I feel honored and excited to represent my father’s art works and sculpture.”

Victoria grew up watching her father practice interior design. In 1953, Norman opened his design office in Corpus Christi, Texas and a branch in San Antonio, Texas. For almost twenty-five years he ran a successful Interior design firm and his work took him throughout the United States, Europe and Mexico. His design projects were published in Architectural Digest, House & Garden, House Beautiful,Vogue, Interior Design, Texas Monthly and many more.

After retiring from interior design in 1975, Norman decided to return to his true passion, art. He moved to the California west cost and Norman realized his goal once set in his younger years—to someday leave the design world and establish a place where he would become a full time artist. In 2001, Norman was nicknamed, “A Pearl in Sand City’s Oyster” in a article written by Susan Cantrell of The Monterey County Herald.

“My father inspired me as a designer and as a poet. His works are his soul. The care, in which, they are constructed, will be everlasting memory for all to enjoy.”
